rtx 3090 undervolt mining

Started 42 minutes ago I recently purchased a Palit RTX 3090 GamingPro which is running very hot and the fans are maxed out. There are three GPU fans and two of them are grouped into one so you can see they are running at roughly 3500RPM. Well, my card is around 35c at idle too, so it's kinda close. But at idle, the volt is as low as 0.7mV, like your undervolt.
