Look for dropping back steelhead from the dam, a few spawning fish and a chance for fresh fish trickling in. Light fishing pressure with just a few cars seen at the two access points. Same for estuary slow water areas on the smaller tribs where guys have had on and off action. There is some icing especially in downstream slow water spots and some bank ice. Some rain showers and gloom and breezy conditions today (Tuesday). Thru the past weekend we heard of guys getting steelhead hookups nearer the dam including a few good fish. The youth division is free. For now flows in the Oak are something like a notch less then medium and going clear.
