Authorities say police were called to the first block of South Perry Street at 7:35 p.m. for reports of shots fired. District Attorney Jim Martin says the 24-year-old cousin will not be prosecuted. An Allentown police officer shot and killed a Coplay man running from a fight on Friday night . Martin said the investigation showed Arnold presented an imminent risk of death or serious bodily injury to himself and to others and the facts of the case unequivocally prove that Struss was justified, saying Arnolds conduct created the circumstances for his own demise.. Martin said the investigation showed Arnold fired four shots, one of them striking Struss and the others striking a passing vehicle, shattering a rear passenger window and damaging a storefront window.
