2010 f150 steering shaft recall

I have 2016 f150 xlt 44 with twin turbos and honestly I love this truck, but I had my electric rack and pinion shut down on me this is the second time Ill be replacing my rack assembly since march. 93k miles. 2018 Ford F-150 6500 miles. Fast forward 3 months and 4 trips back to Camax service and two newly requested technicians later, I get a voicemail saying they can confirm, after arguing with me for 3 months literally, that my truck did infact have a vacuum pump and it had failed. Im having trouble with the truck going straight. I have a 2019 with 19300 miles. I had it looked at at the local dealer. No F-150, but I have a 2020 Ford Ranger XLT. I dont drive it. It has 7800 miles on it. So I drive back to the dealer and actually took a tech out to see if he can see what I was talking about. Still no improvement. The dealer told me it is an improved part. Now the parts are on back order and the truck has been sitting at the dealership for 6 weeks. It just pull the steering to the left I was not able to control the truck and hit the media wall. its done the same thing several more times, now has 51,000 miles. Any help on this would be great. Took it in for Campaign/NHTSA# Its still not fixed. I have a 2016 Purchased 10/2016, I ddi not feel issue until maybe 2 years, felt strange and only happened once, then again about 6-8 months later. Wish I had some help on these matters but to buy tires all the time and feel unsafe in the truck k is the worst feeling to have.
